If your new HVAC system fails to heat or cool your home to the temperature levels stated in the specifications, Sanborn's will take action — no questions asked.
Compressor fails twice within 5 years? We replace your outside unit at no cost. Heat exchanger fails within 10 years? We replace your furnace. All service calls must be handled by our technicians.
We guarantee a minimum of 30% savings on your operating costs. If your savings fall short in year one, notify us within the first month and we'll refund double the difference.
If your system breaks down during the first year, we guarantee a response within 24 hours. Miss that window and you get the repair for free — plus a check from us.
We commit to a firm installation date upfront. If your new HVAC system is not fully operational and installed by that date, we hold ourselves accountable.
Our technicians use hall runners and floor protectors on every visit. Your home is treated with the same care we'd give our own. Any damage to lawn, furniture, walls, flooring, or door frames is fully covered.
